Practice makes perfect...

Today we looked through a number of other classroom blogs from around the world. We looked at the type of pictures they were taking and the descriptions they had used. As a class we decided to have a practice at drawing the type of pictures that you might see on our blog, along with a caption. Here are some examples from today

Mrs. Russell (our wonderful teacher aide) also decided to make her own example of a blog while the class were doing maths.

Mr. Edgar is teaching us maths from the smartboard. Out class is learning about time and hours in the day. We love working on the smartboard. - Mrs. Russell

Tomorrow we will try and upload some photos of our classroom, the smartboard, and our brand new computers to blog with.

Hello everyone,

The tickets have been counted and the permission forms handed out, not long now until the big day. With so many pictures about to be uploaded, we thought we would do a test as a class to see if we could upload a picture.

My name is Mr. Edgar and I am the teacher of year 2A. We are all very excited to start this blog and we hope you enjoy reading about our adventures. We have been very busy finishing off our unit of work on Insects so that we can begin our look at Blogs and how they work.
